Refund Policy

We offer a refund of fees paid for attorney services, minus the work we performed (at our regular hourly fee) prior to the date of
the request for the refund.
For Flat rate Legal fees, they will be converted to our hourly rate of four-hundred dollars per hour, minus the number of hours worked on the case, prior to the request for the refund.
